As a Registered Investment Advisor, Troy takes more of a consultative approach to the lending world. He takes the time to talk to you about the importance of integrating your home loan into your overall financial picture, and choosing the right mortgage for you particular situation.

Troy has become the go-to advisor for mortgages and financial advice in the close-knit fire fighter community where he served alongside as a full time member of the Seattle Fire Department for 13 years.  Most recently, Troy was endorsed by the Firefighter’s Union Local # 27 as a mortgage planner and he has launched his own Real Estate Benefits Program Company for firefighters throughout Washington State.

When Troy isn’t hard at work serving his clients, he can be found with his wonderful wife, Julie, and their three beautiful children; Chase, Carston, and Camdyn. He and his family love to call the Pacific Northwest their home.
