Signature Home Lending is a locally owned mortgage company located in Bakersfield, California and was established in May of 2004 by our founder and On-Site Broker, Kraig Gradowitz.  Kraig comes from a family of mortgage brokers and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and lending industry.

Although we are a small company, we are an FHA approved lender and can offer the most competitive rates and closing costs in the market today.  We are eager to earn your business and consistently deliver the highest quality customer service available.
